i have been playing chess for over 10 years in the pursuit of chess mastery reaching as high as Expert (>2000 US Chess rating).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

during that time, i’ve managed to:
–pick up a couple of nice games
–play in the Iowa and Minnesota state championships
–create over 50 episodes of the Blindfold Chess Podcast<\/a>
–sponsor a chess scholarship<\/a>
–and be the editor of the quarterly chess magazine in Iowa – the En Passant.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
